Important Safety Notice for Select Graco® SnugRide® Turn & Slide Products
At Graco, the safety of children and the trust of parents and caregivers are at the heart of everything we do. We are conducting a voluntary recall of select SnugRide Turn & Slide products due to a structural issue identified during a post-production laboratory test.
This recall affects a limited number of SnugRide Turn & Slide products sold in the United States from January 2026 through March 2026 at Amazon, Babylist, Target, Walmart and on GracoBaby.com. No other Graco rotating car seats are affected, including EasyTurn and Turn2Me. No other SnugRide models are affected.
We know parents rely on Graco products every day, and we understand this may create frustration and disruption for families. We are working quickly to support affected families and will provide a replacement product at no cost.

This recall is limited to the recently introduced SnugRide Turn & Slide model. No other Graco rotating car seats are affected, including EasyTurn and Turn2Me. No other SnugRide models are affected.
How to Check if Your Product Is Included

- Locate your model number on the product label.

- Enter your serial number to help confirm your product details. The serial number is the five digit number listed on the label under the Date of Manufacture.
The label on the base includes the product name, model number, date of manufacture, and serial number. The serial number appears directly below the words “Date of Manufacture.”
What You Should Do if Your Product Is Included
1. Stop Using the Seat with the Base
Stop using the seat with the base. The current seat may continue to be used without the base in accordance with the product instructions while you wait for your selected replacement product.
2. Document the Product
Remove the seat from the base and locate the label on the base showing the model number, date of manufacture, and serial number.

3. Complete Registration
Complete the registration form and select your preferred replacement option. Please do not return the product to a store.

Graco will provide affected consumers with one of the following replacement options at no cost.

If you are registering a base-only product (model 2231810), you will receive SnugRide SnugFit base (2120612) only. Base-only registrations are not eligible for full car seat replacement options.
